STANDARD TERMS AND CONDITIONS ARE AS FOLLOWS: All buyers pay $150 documentary. ILLINOIS RESIDENTS PAY ALL APPLICABLE SALES TAX (7.25%-9.00%), LICENSE PLATE FEE'S ($15-$78), AND TITLE FEE'S ($65). Out of State buyers must pay $10 for a 7 day drive away permit or provide a current license plate and registration from the vehicle they are going to transfer it from. Most out of state buyers are tax exempt in Illinois. They will be responsible to pay their required tax in their registered state. Some states require Illinois to collect their State tax for them. That tax will be collected one time in Illinois and then credited to the buyers registered state. Ask dealer which tax rate your state will qualify for.

PRICING/FINANCE:  All vehicles displayed online are discounted from the original list price and are hassle free.  All prices listed are the Cash sale price. For your convenience, financing is available through Lombard Auto Exchange, Inc.  Financing on any vehicle will be approved on a case by case basis and may include extra finance charges.  A credit report must be prepared before any rates or term can be decided and finalized.  All financing will be placed with the proper Bank or Finance Company.  Sorry, No In House Financing.  

WARRANTY INFO:  Some vehicles will come with the remainder of the factory warranty, of which most are fully transferable.  (See specific vehicle and warranty guidelines.)  Other vehicles are sold with a 30 Day Engine/Transmission Warranty with a 50/50 Split in repair cost through our Service Department Only.  The 30 day warranty is good only for Illinois Customers only.   Otherwise the vehicle is sold in As Is As Shown condition.  See vehicle descriptions for warranty information or ask a salesperson for details. 

PLEASE NOTE:  DUE TO DISTANCE AND TIME, AS WELL AS STATE RULES AND REGULATIONS, ALL OUT OF STATE PURCHASES ARE SOLD IN AS IS AS SHOWN CONDITION REGARDLESS OF ANY 30 DAY WARRANTY THAT MAY BE LISTED. THIS IS THE CASE ON ALL OUT OF STATE PURCHASES UNLESS THEY CARRY THE BALANCE OF A FACTORY WARRANTY THAT IS FULLY TRANSFERABLE

SHIPPING:  Shipping of a vehicle can be set up as an option for the customer.  Shipping rates will vary for each delivery.  A quote may be requested at any time.  The seller is not responsible for any Shipping Company and their actions, as they are not affiliated with Lombard Auto Exchange.  They are private company's that are referred by Seller as a convenience to the customer.  Times of delivery are estimated quotes and may vary from time to time.  Seller is not responsible for any shipping delays and can not be held responsible for such delays.

EBAY AUCTIONS:  The buyer will submit a $500 non-refundable deposit within 2 business days from the day of agreement to purchase the vehicle. All financial transactions must be completed before delivery of the vehicle. Buyer agrees to pay remaining balance due (plus any applicable fees, shipping, taxes, doc fee, etc.) before delivery or shipping will be completed. Acceptable Payment Methods: Cash(In Person), Cashiers Check, Certified Bank Check, or 3rd Party Financing. No personal checks will be accepted from out of state buyers. All funds must be received prior to or at the time of delivery and must be cleared before we release the Title to the customer.
